Stairs
Going up through the tower to the exit at the top. I know it is highly improbable but, hell, it's a fantasy. Secret; this is based on the NYC library just not as classical...so maybe I'm not that far off from reality after all.

Oh yes, I've never been to the New York Library but these say ancient and gothic. Lovely.
