Artery
I based the Druid Allies on organs of the body. The river god Ohn has a humanoid form and a fish/lion/goat thing, but his true form, and the most frightening I think, is an artery.
Arteries are excellent correlatives to waterways and rivers. I can see muscle and bone correlating to earth and nerve and brain cells correlating to air, but what organ correlates to fire?

I think it would be a single cell generating heat. A big glowing sphere with a vein in it.
Oooooh! Fire! A cell with a vein! I love it! I'm all inarticulate today but I love it!
